The Champ Arena provides a web-based interface that allows users to input professional data to generate a Resume or CV in PDF format. This service is currently provided as a free utility for high-performance candidates.

                The "Local Processing" Rule: The Champ Arena operates as a client-side tool. This means your data is processed only in your web browser. We do not store, view, or collect the professional history you enter into the builder.
            

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of the Arena, you agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful professional information.
Not use the tool to generate fraudulent, misleading, or illegal documents.
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or compromise the technical integrity of the website.
Ensure that any content you upload does not violate the intellectual property rights of others.

4. Intellectual Property

Our Content: All branding, graphics, code, Victory Gold/Midnight Navy themes, and site architecture are the exclusive property of The Champ Arena and are protected by copyright laws.

Your Content: You retain 100% ownership of the information you enter and the resulting PDF document. The Champ Arena claims no rights to your professional history or the finalized CV.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. The Champ Arena does not guarantee that the use of our tool will result in an interview, job offer, or specific career outcome. We are not liable for:

Technical errors or loss of data resulting from browser crashes or connection issues.
The accuracy of the information provided by the user.
The compatibility of the generated PDF with specific 3rd party job portals or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

6. Data Privacy
